Fantastic service!!! They still have Japanese servers and they are incredibly nice, especially given how much work they have/how busy the place is. I was glad to see foreigners behaving well, too, because the servers deserve to be treated with respect. I've seen quite a few rude gaijin here before, unfortunately. Their food is really quite good, especially for the price (doesn't apply to the pizza, though).

Placing an order is done by scanning a QR code for the table. Multiple people can scan the code and add things to the total order of the table. The app is available in Japanese, English and Chinese. Checkout is also done via the app at a self checkout counter. Overall this system is pretty easy to use and intuitive. Since the location has free Wi-Fi, there no need to worry about your cellular phone plan. For 5pm on a Tuesday the restaurant was quite crowded, but I was still seated immediately. Food and drinks arrived within 10 min. Food was good, typical for this chain of restaurants. Plain water is free self-service. Overall I was happy with the experience and will return for a quick dinner soon. This location is quite easy to navigate even with little to no Japanese language skills.
I like it . The service very good and the food is delicious
The place is located at the basement in one of the building adjacent to Kameido Station. The first time we went there, there were only few customers as it was still early. The place is surprisingly has a cozy feel. Staff were very attentive and polite though speaks very little english. The food was great. I love best their sausage. The flavor pops out in your mouth as you take a bite. The second time we went there, the place was so full so we had to wait in line, but it's worth the wait.
Dishes are not bad. but I felt like that cheese on pizza was less than other its chain.
Good food, fast service, and there are staff who can understand rudimentary English. Food is tasty.
